Redworth Hall Hotel, County Durham

Recently benefitting from an extensive refurbishment seeing elegant changes including refreshed décor from floor to ceiling, restoration of the original oak floor and the huge stone fireplaces cleaned to create beautiful focal points, Redworth’s Great Hall boasts a picture-perfect spot sure to be a hit with engaged couples. Pose for that all-important first picture in front of the hall’s statement windows in view of your guests.

As well as the Great Hall, a number of other function rooms are available. The hotel’s 26 acres of gardens and woodlands also provide multiple settings for photography on the day. Think this venue is the one for you? You can join the dedicated wedding team on the first Thursday of every month between 6pm and 8pm for an informal show around the spectacular 143-bedroom manor house and grounds.

Royal Station Hotel, Newcastle

Tie the knot in a city centre building steeped in history for a day to remember. Suitable for both individual shots and larger family snaps, be photographed in style on the big day.

The hotel’s lavish suites cater for smaller, more intimate weddings as well as larger occasions, and are licensed to hold civil ceremonies meaning the whole wedding day can take place in one stunning venue. Located on the ground floor, the Victoria Suite can cater to 130 guests for a wedding breakfast or meal, and up to 200 guests for the wedding reception, complete with its own bar and dance floor.

With a phenomenal backdrop of London’s breathtaking skyline, take in the view during the special occasion at Saint Georges Hotel. Perfect for couples who have shared special moments together in the capital, or perhaps met there, the hotel is located centrally, a short walk from Oxford Circus.

Flooded with natural light, couples can enjoy both their wedding ceremony and reception in the Heights Venue and Heights Restaurant on the 15th floor, with up to 100 guests.

Stirling Highland Hotel, Scotland

Oozing Scottish tradition and beauty, this former grammar school is now a 96-bedroom hotel with an impressive collection of function rooms catering to weddings.
