Meet The Chef
After completing his training at Chichester College, Phillip, or Phil for short, started his career in local restaurants, working under Michelin starred chefs where he flourished during his time. He worked through the ranks at various hotel groups, such as Hilton, before joining us at The Old Ship Hotel in April 2017.
Since then, Phil has been mastering his art at the Wardroom (formally Steak On Sea Restaurant), ensuring that his team deliver the same passion about the food and service that he strongly believes is a credit to the hotel and restaurant.Visit WebsiteBook A Table
